Guessing from that title it is helping a person called ~nove is having problems about the money in order to keep her house so she is offering commissions at a $10 (and i have to admit her artwork is realy good,and for a price like that thats something i at least don't see it everyday, litleraly check her gallery -> [link] so that you know what you are getting)
